Welcome to my online booking page for Schaefer Counselling Services—I’m so glad you’re here.
I provide counselling and offer online booking for in-person, virtual, or telephone sessions for adult clients across Alberta and in other unregulated provinces and territories, including British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. Appointments are scheduled in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)—please consider this when booking from outside Alberta.
You can manage your appointments online, including rescheduling or canceling as needed. I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee, and I ask that you provide a valid credit card to keep on file for these situations.
My office is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs or a chair lift. If you require the chair lift, please contact me in advance for further details.
